Hoboken, NJ – The Utica College women's' tennis team lost to host Stevens Institute of Technology 9-0 in Empire 8 Conference action on Saturday. Utica's
Lulu Zhang (Wenzhou, China /Newcomers) snapped a four game winning streak in fifth singles after falling to Julia Earl 6-3, 7-5.
The Pioneers record moved to 3-5 overall and 1-5 in Empire 8 play on the season. The Pioneers return to the courts on Wednesday when they travel to Oswego State at 4 p.m.
