Utica, NY – The Utica College men's lacrosse team will play host to SUNY Brockport, as the game has been moved to Sunday due to the weather. The game will begin at 1 p.m.
 
Last Time Out: In the Pioneers' last game, they defeated SUNY Potsdam at home with the final score being 14-11, to earn their first win of the year … Junior Ryan Desveaux (Bowmanville, ONT/St. Stephen Catholic) finished with four goals and one assist to lead UC to the win … Jake Bratek (Syracuse, NY/Jamesville-Dewitt) scored three goals while Dominic Castiglia (Liverpool, NY/Liverpool) contributed three goals and one assist in the contest … Liam Wheatley (Rochester, NY/Webster Schroeder) tallied four total points coming from his one goal and team-high three assists … Nick Yelich (Lancaster, NY/Depew) added two goals of his own while goalkeeper Parker Smith (Dexter, NY/General Brown) made 12 saves in the game on his way to earning his first win of the season … UC's record currently stands at 1-1 so far in 2017.
 
Scouting Brockport: The Brockport Golden Eagles are sitting at a record of 1-3 so far this season … The team most recently lost to St. John Fisher, 10-9 … In the contest, Mark Robinson led the team with a total of four points coming off of two goals and two assists ... Jake Giudice contributed with two goals and one assist while teammate Jake Recor netted two goals as well ... Goalkeeper Connor Nowak made just six saves in the game, receiving the loss.
