Utica, NY – The Utica College baseball team will be in action on Thursday as it will head on the road to face Hamilton College. The game is scheduled to begin at 4:15 p.m.

Among Conference Leaders: UC has multiple players leading the Empire 8 Conference in statistical categories … JT Ross (New York Mills, NY/New York Mills) currently leads the conference with a .489 average while Tim Quinlan (Monroe, CT/Masuck) (.400) and Christian Tiffin (Sherrill, NY/VVS) (.391) rank seventh and eighth … Quinlan also leads the conference with a .750 slugging percentage and Ross is fourth, with a .681 slugging percentage … Tom Carrigan (Niskayuna, NY/Niskayuna) is currently third in the Empire 8 with 16 runs scored.
 
Efficient Offense: As a team, the Pioneers rank first in the conference with a .324 batting average … Only one other team in the conference has a team batting average above .300 (Houghton - .301) … Utica also ranks second with 74 runs batted while being ranked sixth in total at-bats … UC's .466 slugging percentage as a team, ranks first in the conference as well.
