UTICA, NY -- The Utica College men's tennis team is back in action this weekend as the Pioneers hit the road for Empire 8 Conference matches against St. John Fisher College on Friday and Nazareth College on Saturday. The match is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. Friday's match against Fisher will be played at the Mendon Racquet Club in Pittsford, NY.

Garrett Noake (New Rochelle, NY/New Rochelle) won at second singles, 6-1, 6-0 and Litvak added a victory at third singles over Nate Miller (6-1, 7-4).
Three Decades of Service: Head Coach
John Nigro will be coaching in his 30th season at Utica College this Spring … His tenure as the tennis coach at UC notes him as the school's most experienced coach.
Scouting Fisher: The Cardinals are currently 1-7 on the season and are coming off a loss against Stevens on April 1…Jonathan Harper and Kevin Kulawiec are both currently 2-1 overall in singles on the season.
Scouting Nazareth: Nazareth currently holds a 2-6 overall record and a 1-1 mark in the Empire 8 … The Golden Flyers recently earned a 6-3 win over Alfred.
Looking Ahead: The Pioneers return to action on the road Wednesday when they travel to Oswego State to take on the Lakers at 4 p.m.
