KEUKA PARK, NY- The Utica College women's soccer team played to a 0-0 tie against Keuka College in Empire 8 Conference action Wednesday.
 
Utica moves to 3-2-1 in the Empire 8 and 7-5-1 overall.  The Pioneers are currently fourth in the conference standings, one point ahead of St. John Fisher with one less game to play.  This sets up a crucial matchup for UC on Saturday as it hosts Russell Sage.  Game time is 12 p.m.
 
Utica outshot the Wolves 14-9 on the day and held a 7-3 advantage in corner kicks.  Courtney Connolly (Warwick, NY/Warwick Valley) made five saves for her second straight shutout, while Keuka's Sam Pelcher and Jessica Pegg combined for six saves for the Wolves.
