UTICA, NY- The Utica University women's lacrosse team clinched its fourth straight Empire 8
Conference Tournament appearance as it downed visiting Keuka College 17-3 on Saturday afternoon.Â

Seniors accounted for 13 of Utica's 17 goals in their final game at Gaetano Stadium.Â
Lexi Scaccia (Whitesboro, NY/Whitesboro) and
Ashley Guerra (Ionia, NY/Honeoye Falls-Lima ) led the way with five goals apiece, with Guerra added two assists to her credit as well.Â

Senior classmates
Emily Rossi (Verona, NY/Vernon-Verona-Sherrill) and
Addison Green (Marcy, NY/Whitesboro) each had three points on the day, with Green netting two goals and one assist, and Rossi scoring a goal and dishing out two helpers.

Freshman
Morgan Madore (Higganum, CT/Haddam-Killingworth) and
Katie Crofoot (Montgomery, NY/Valley Central) each had two goals on the afternoon as well.Â

Claire Frier (Lafayette, NY/Lafayette) and sophomore
Shaylynn Palmer (Kirkville, NY/East Syracuse Minoa) combined for four saves in the win, while Keuka's Annaliese Black finished with 11 saves.

The Pioneers (10-2, 4-1 Empire 8) return to action Wednesday as they travel to crosstown rival, SUNY Poly. Game time is scheduled for 4 p.m.
