UTICA, NY - The Utica University women's wrestling team readies for its Quad-Meet at New Jersey City University in Jersey City, NJ on Friday, December 15. Matches will begin at 6 p.m. and the team will face Alvernia University, East Stroudsburg University and New Jersey City University.
Last Time Out: Last weekend, the Utica University women's wrestling team completed its day at the Western New England University Tri-Meet between Utica University, Western New England University and Maine Maritime Academy. The day started out with Utica's
Gillian Mills (Saugerties, NY/Saugerties) at 143lbs, falling to Marie Dinilli of Western New England University by pinfall. Mills wrestled in two exhibition bouts later in the day against Kendall Branchad of Western New England and Jenna Willard from Maine Maritime; both these matches were unofficial.

About East Stroudsburg: The Warriors are 4-2 overall in 2023, while the team is currently on a two-game winning streak. East Stroudsburg is coming off a 3-1 weekend at the Northeast Region 1 Duals, defeating No. 22 Elmira College 37-10, Western New England University 43-6 and No. 9 New Jersey City University 41-9.
Scouting Alvernia University: Alvernia is 1-3 overall, with its lone win coming against Cedar Crest College in their first meet of the season. The team also wrestled at the Western New England Tri-Meet and fell to Western New England, 39-11.
New Jersey City Scout: New Jersey City is 1-7 overall, with its lone win coming against Frostburg State 28-9.
