UTICA, NY - The Utica University men's wrestling team travels to Castleton, VT, for a dual meet against Castleton University on Friday, February 2 at 7 p.m.
 
Last Time Out: The Utica University men's wrestling team completed its dual meet at SUNY Cortland on January 20. Trevor Cortright (Binghamton, NY/Chenango Valley), at 133lb got a huge win for Utica as he improved his winning streak to six. Cortright started the day for the Pioneers, defeating Justin Amendola by tech fall, 16-1. Billy Beseth (Jamesville, NY/Jamesville-DeWitt) (141lb), Seth Richardson (Fort Plain, NY/Fort Plain) (157) and Logan Krouse (165) each fell in their respective matches. 
 
Cortright: Trevor Cortright (Binghamton, NY/Chenango Valley) enters Friday's Dual-Meet on a 10-match winning streak, dating back to December 4 at the RIT Invitational. His last match at SUNY Cortland came against Justin Amendola where he won by tech fall, 16-1. 
 
Castleton Scout: The Castleton Spartans are the No. 10 nationally ranked team on theopenmat.com (as of Jan. 25) and sit at 15-3 overall in dual matches. Castleton has seven ranked players on its roster. No. 8 Gavin Bradley(125lb), No. 6 James Rodriquez(141lb), No. 14 Eli Cyr (149lb), No. 11 Nate Camisciol (157lb), No. 19 Nick Roeger (165lb), No. 17 Desmond McLaughlin (174lb), No. 6 Sampson Wilkins (184lb), No. 18 Barby McLaughlin (197lb) and No. 19 Abbas Abdulrahman (285lb). 
 
The Spartan Athletic Complex: The Spartan Athletic Complex is home to the Castleton basketball, volleyball and wrestling teams.
