UTICA, NY - The Utica University men's wrestling team travels to Williamstown, MA, for the Williams College Quad-Meet on Saturday, November 16. Utica will face Roger Williams at noon, Williams College at 2 p.m. and SUNY Cortland at 3:30 p.m.

In the Polls: Trevor Cortright (Binghamton, NY/Chenango Valley), at 133lb, moved up one rank from No. 16 to No. 15. He did not compete last week at Army and he is currently 3-0 with two tech fall wins and one win by decision. Cortright has accumulated a stellar 31-8 record thus far in two seasons, currently a program record.

Keep Em Comin': Rian Kirker (Red Hook, NY/Red Hook),
Logan Banks (West Hartford, CT/Conard) and
James Post (Ilion, NY/Ilion) look to rack up more wins this weekend after each posting a win at the Lycoming Invitational on November 3. Kirker went 2-2, recording two pins. Banks went 1-1 and collected his first collegiate win by fall in 1:35. Post went 1-1, winning by decision, 14-4.

Cortland: The Red Dragons have competed in two invitationals this season; both were team-scored events. Cortland holds two ranked wrestlers, No. 18 Rocco Futia (133lb) and No. 3 Angelo Centrone (149lb). Futia recorded first place at the Ursinus College Rumble on November 9. He finished 5-0 while pinning his first three opponents before beating Jacob Venezia of NYU in the finals (decision 11-10). Centrone has not competed this season and in 2023-24, he went 19-0 with two pins and a team-high 12 tech falls.

Roger Williams: Roger Williams has only wrestled once this season at the King's College Monarch Invitational. The Hawks placed 6th out of 15 teams. Spencer Fetrow (197lb) took second place, falling in the final round 7-2 by decision. Matt Castillo (141lb) and Matt Lucas (165lb) placed fourth.

Williams: Williams College is ranked No. 19 in tournament play with no ranking in dual meets. The Ephs are 1-2 this season, with its one win against Bloomsburg University (21-10). No. 2 ranked Peter Kane (157lb) is 3-0 this season and all his matches were won by decision.
