About Westfield: The Jerry Gravel Classic at Westfield is a familiar meet for the Pioneers with the team attending a few seasons in a row. The Jerry Gravel track, named after the Owl's legendary coach, Jerry Gravel, was just resurfaced in the summer of 2018. The facility features multiple runways for long and triple jump and throwing circles that were also refurbished in 2018. Two sets of bleachers are located on both straightaways of the track that can seat up to 4,000 spectators.
In The Polls: In the current regional rankings that were released on Monday, April 8, the Pioneers are ranked ninth with 336.03 points, which is a one-spot drop from last week's eighth position. Some of the team's top point scorers include
