UTICA, NY- The Utica University men's hockey team earned its fifth-straight appearance in the Division III Men's Hockey NCAA Tournament, the selection committee announced on Monday. Thanks to their high ranking in the NCAA Percentage Index (NPI), the team secured an at-large bid in the field, being selected as a host for the first round of the tournament. The Pioneers will welcome Fitchburg State this Saturday, March 15th, for the opening round of the big dance, with the game scheduled to start at 1:00 PM.

Tickets for Utica's first round game will go on sale at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 12th. Fans can purchase their tickets online at Empirestatetix.com or at the Adirondack Bank Center Box Office.
(Please note, per NCAA policy, that there is no exclusive presale for Season Ticket Members, tickets are open to everyone. The NCAA requires the host site to reserve a substantial group of tickets for the visiting team. With that said, sections 102, 103, 202 and 203 will be reserved for fans of the visiting team. Any tickets from this group that are not purchased will be released close to game time).Â

NCAA Tournament and Ticket Information
- Utica University will host an NCAA men's hockey first round game on Saturday, March 15, 2025 against the Fitchburg State University Falcons. The start time for that first round contest will be at 1:00 PM
- Tickets will be $10.00 for adults and $6.00 for students with ID, seniors, and children 18 and under.
