KANSAS CITY, MO. - The Utica University women's soccer team has been named a recipient of the 2025-26 United Soccer Coaches College Team Academic Award, as announced by the organization on Friday. 
 
In order to be eligible for the award, teams were required to achieve a minimum 3.0 grade point average. The Utica University women's soccer team exceeded that mark, posting a 3.58 GPA during the 2025-26 academic year. 
 
A total of 777 soccer teams (326 men, 451 women) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, earning the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2025-26 academic year. Of that total, 175 schools had both their men's and women's programs recognized.
