2016: Appeared in seven games throughout the course of the season … Recorded three strikeouts during his total of 5.1 innings out on the mound … Did not walk a single batter in three of his appearances for the Pioneers … Contributed to the teams 18-7 win over SUNY Poly allowing only one earned run and striking out one batter (4/20/16) … He also finished the season with a fielding percentage of 1.000 … One of three pitchers during the season with a pickoff.

2015: Made five appearances while making one start for the team on the mound … Pitched a total of 10.2 innings this season and tallied five strikeouts … Was the only pitcher during the season to have a pickoff leading the pitching staff with one … Contributed to the win at SUNY Canton allowing only two runs in the game while striking out two batters (4/23/15) … Finished the season with a 1.000 fielding percentage.

2014: Corcoran played in three games while starting one for the Pioneers…He pitched in 7.2 innings and recorded a 4.70 ERA…Had no earned runs against SUNY Canton (4/19/14)… Only allowed one hit twice this season against SUNY Canton (4/19/14) and St. John Fisher (5/8/14)… Finished the season with four strikeouts and five walks… Had a season-high two strike-outs against SUNY Canton (4/19/14).  

2013: Corcoran appeared in eight games as a reliever … Recorded a 1-0 record with a 2.08 ERA in 8.2 innings pitched … Allowed 11 hits, two earned runs and gave up six walks … Struck out four batters … Struck out two batters in two hitless innings against Keuka College (4/24/2013).

Personal: James is a 2012 graduate of Mechanicville High School … He is the son of Jo Ann and Jim Corcoran and is pursuing a degree in Cyber Security.
