2016: Pitched in five games over the course of the season and started in three of those games … Massed a total of 18.2 innings pitched not allowing a single home run and earned a record of 1-1 … His win came in the teams 18-7 victory over SUNY Poly where he pitched four innings and struck out one batter … He finished in the field with a 1.000 fielding percentage.

2015: Appeared in eight games while starting three of them on the mound during the year … He pitched a total of 24.1 innings earning himself 14 strikeouts, one win and one save on the season … He recorded his save against SUNY Poly while only allowing one earned run, striking out one batter and not walking anyone (4/15/15) … In back to back appearances he struck out four batters including in his win against SUNY Canton where the Utica Pioneers came away with the 4-2 victory (4/23/15) … His season high for strikeouts came in the teams 6-5 win over Crown College where in 3.1 innings he recorded five strikeouts (3/17/15).

2014: Bliss played in nine games while starting two as a freshman for the Pioneers… Pitched in his first game, as a Pioneer, against Fairleigh Dickinson (3/18/14) where he only allowed just one hit and one earned run…Throughout seven games, he pitched in 17.1 innings… Only allowed 16 earned runs on the season… Did not allow any earned runs in the 3-1 victory over Hamilton College (4/10/14)… Only allowed one earned run on two different occasions… Allowed just one hit on two different occasions… Finished the season with an 8.31 ERA average… Pitched seven strikeouts…  Had a season high three strikeouts at St. John Fisher (4/6/14)… Tallied one putout against Stevens (4/27/14).  

Personal: Ethan is a 2013 graduate of Cooperstown Central School … He is the son of Kim and David Bliss and is pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice.
