Biography

2016-17: Powers registered 12 points on three goals and had seven assists in the 27 games he played this year… He scored a game-high two goals in the Pioneer 4-1 win over Lebanon Valley on Nov. 12, 2016… He also recorded a season-high three assists in the Pioneers 5-0 win over Stevenson on Feb. 10… Powers now has 31-career assist, which is second on the team. 

2015-2016: Played in 26 games for the Pioneers over the course of the season … Finished the season with ten total points on two goals and eight assists … Defensively he made six blocks for the team … He played well against Nazareth college as he contributed to the team’s 5-2 victory with one goal and one assist (2/19/16) … He scored a power play goal for his first of the year in the team’s 5-2 win over Castleton University (10/30/15).

2014-2015: Appeared in all 26 games for the Pioneers … He was third on the team in points with 18 … He had four goals and a team high 14 assists … He tallied three blocks … He had a season high two goals against Manhattanville (1/30/15).

2013-2014: Played in nine games for the Pioneers ... Tallied four points on the year (two goals, two assists) ... Had the game-winning goal and added an assists in a 5-1 win over Western New England College (1/10/14) ... Scored a goal in a 5-2 win over Brockport (11/2/13) ... Named to the 2013-14 ECAC Men's West All-Academic Team.

Junior Hockey: Easton Powers spent the past two seasons with the Port Huron Falcons. Easton scored 12 goals and added 24 assists in 60 games for the Falcons during the 2012-13 season. Powers really escalated his game at the end of the year and was instrumental in the Falcons’ late season success. Easton played every single game for Port Huron last season. Fighting Falcons Head Coach and General Manager Michael Gershon referred to Easton as “the model of consistency.”

Personal: Easton is a 2010 graduate of South Lyon East High School and is the son of Maria and Craig Powers ... He is currently pursuing a degree in Risk Management.
