Meredith Tice (Hershey, PA/Washington Pride) opened the scoring on the power play at 9:35 of the first period with her third goal of the season. Senior

Brittany DelleChiaie (Leominster, MA/The Winchendon School) assisted on the tally.
The Mustangs evened the score at 10:29 of the second period as Jessie Capanelli netted her fourth of the season, unassisted. Just over a minute later, DelleChiaie regained the lead as she put in her fourth of the year, assisted by sophomore
Louise Steele-Norton (Avondale, PA/Millbrook School).
Steele-Norton capped off the scoring at 6:20 of the final frame as she found the back of the net for her fifth of the season, off assists from classmate
Nicole Schwartz (Danville, CA/San Jose Sharks) and freshman
Morgan Reed (Fort Myers, FL/Cushing Academy).
Junior
Jennifer Hamel (Ithaca, NY/Northwood School) made 18 saves in her ninth win of the season, while Stevenson's Sarah Modzelewski stopped 30 shots in the loss.
The Pioneers improve to 14-8-2 on the season, while the Mustangs drop to 6-14-1. Both teams return to action tomorrow for the final game of the series. Face off is scheduled for 12:45 p.m.
