Last Time Out: Utica split two weekend away games with a 4-1 victory over Alfred on Saturday and a 4-1 loss to St. John Fisher on Sunday… UC is now 3-9-2 overall with a 1-4-0 Empire 8 record… Ciara McIlvenney (Pleasant Valley, NY/Arlington)'s one goal and one assist led the way against Alfred, while freshman Jenna Mazza (Frankfort, NY/Sauquoit Valley) scored the only goal for the Pioneers against Fisher.
 
Goalie By Committee: Utica College has used three of the four goalies on the roster this year… Jamie Enders (Cazenovia, NY/Cazenovia) has played in 11 games while starting in 10…Enders has 49 saves and a .766 save percentage…She is sixth in the conference in saves, seventh in the conference in save percentage, eighth in average saves per game (4.45), and seventh in shutouts per game (.091)… Kimberly Beattie (Levitton, NY/Division Ave) has appeared in seven games while starting in four… Beattie is eighth in the conference in saves (43), sixth in save percentage (.768), and third in the conference in average saves per game (6.14)… Kelly Heimerie has appeared in one game and has one save.
 
Leading the Way: Mazza leads the team with 11 points off of five goals and one assist… She is ninth in the conference in points, points per game (.79), and goals per game (.357)… Mazza is sixth in the conference in goals scored (five).
 
Team Effort: Outside of Mazza, 10 Pioneers have registered at least one point on the season… McIlvenney is second on the team with seven points off of three goals and one assist… She is followed by Abby Reilly (Brookfield, NY/Brookfield) and Keri Berkowitz (Racine, WI/Racine Saint Catherine's) who each have six points off of three goals…Maddisen Melley (Wappingers Falls, NY/Roy C. Ketcham) and Gabrielle Esposito (Rotterdam, NY/Mohonasen) each have three points off of one goal and one assist.
