2014: Played in 10 games… Named a defensive captain by the coaching staff… Recorded 76 tackles, 34 unassisted, and five for a loss of 12 yards, all career highs… Recorded 10 or more tackles in three straight games… Forced two fumbles, recovering one… Broke up two passes in UC’s 35-14 win over Alfred University… Honored at the 15^th Annual CNY Chapter of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame, Inc. Scholar-Athlete Awards Dinner at the Turning Stone Resort.

2013: Played in eight games… Recorded 11 tackles, six unassisted… Recorded a season-high four tackles in Utica’s 34-0 defeat to Salisbury… Named to the Fall and Spring Empire 8 President’s List.

2012: Played in eight games… Recorded 37 tackles, 15 unassisted, and 0.5 for a loss of two yards… Had two games with ten or more tackles… Recorded 0.5 sacks for a loss of two yards in the Pioneers’ 31-7 victory over Alfred… Named to the Fall and Spring Empire 8 President’s List.

Personal: Jon is a 2011 graduate of Ilion High School and is the son of Mary Anne and Jon Treen … He is currently pursuing a degree in Biology and Pre-Med.
