Biography

2016: Competed at ten meets for the team throughout the course of the indoor season … His best 60M time came at the Empire 8 Indoor Track & Field Championships finishing at 7.53 (2/13/16) … With a time of 23.61 he recorded his fastest 200M time of the season at the Utica College Pioneer Invitational (2/20/16) … Also at the Utica College Pioneer Invitational he ran his best 400M time of the season with a time of 53.20 (2/20/16).
 
Participated in nine meets over the duration of the outdoor season for the team … His one 400M race came at the Hamilton Mid-Week meet where he finished with a time of 53.69 (4/19/16) … With at time of 22.96 he ran his best 200M of the season at the Empire 8 Track & Field Championships (4/23/16) … He also ran his best 100M of the season at the Empire 8 Track & Field Championships with at time of 11.50 (4/23/16).

Personal: St. Amour is a 2013 graduate of Westhill High School and the son of Jo Ann Proietta and Paul St. Amour ... He is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management.
