Utica University Athletics

Utica, NY -- Nicole Herringshaw from the Utica College volleyball team has been selected as the UC Female Athlete of the Week for her production throughout the past week.

During the three matches played throughout the week, Herringshaw accumulated 39 kills and 9 blocks for the Pioneers.

She registered 18 kills, 1 ace, and 4 blocks in the team’s 3-1 victory over Cobleskill. In the 3-2 win over Sage Nicole recorded 16 kills and 3 blocks to help secure Utica its third win in the last four contests.

Herringshaw and the rest of the Pioneers are back in action on Friday, as they head across town to matchup with SUNY Poly. The match is set to commence at 7 p.m.
