Schedule Outlook: Utica has four total meets in the spring. First, the team heads to Penn Yan, New York for the Keuka College Spring Invitational at the Lakeside Country Club on Thursday, April 10. Match time is set for 10:00 a.m. On Friday, April 18 (noon) and Saturday, April 19 (11 a.m.), the Pioneers compete in the Empire 8 Spring Championships at Lebanon Country Club in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Utica travels to the Irondequoit Country Club in Rochester, New York for the Nazareth Spring Invitational on April 21 with a time TBD. The team wraps up its season on April 26 (11 a.m.) and April 27 (10:30 a.m.) at the SUNY Oswego Spring Invitational at the Oswego Country Club.

From the Past: Utica placed third overall out of eight teams at the Empire 8 Fall Championships, totaling 637 team strokes. The team returns its biggest performers from the fall in
Daniel Maloney (),
Nathan Macdonald (Canton, MA/Canton),
Neil Roman (Oswego, NY/Oswego) and
Adam Woodmansee (Brewerton, NY/Paul V. Moore). Maloney led Utica in the fall with four top-five finishes and one top-10 finish. At the conference championship, he took fifth overall with a 76, 10-over-par. He hit three birdies and seven holes for par.

About Irondequoit CC: The course is a par seventy-two that plays at 6,792 yards. Three of the holes were ranked by the PGA among the toughest 50 holes on the Nationwide Tour. While Irondequoit is one of the most scenic courses in the Rochester District, it is also among the top ten most difficult. The course has been the proud host of a variety of amateur and professional golf events which include US Amateur Qualifiers, US Open Qualifiers, Pro-Am's and more recently the Nationwide Tour's Xerox Classic.
