Utica, NY - Freshman Morgan Leib of the Utica College women's hockey team has been named UC Female Athlete of the Week for her performance against Elmira this past weekend.

Leib posted the lone goal of the weekend in a 2-1 loss to Elmira on Saturday afternoon. This marked Leib's fifth goal of the season.

The Utica College women's hockey team returns to action this Saturday for the opening round of the UCHC tournament against Elmira at 3 p.m in Elmira, New York.
