UTICA, NY – The Utica College men's track and field team travels to St. John Fisher for the Cardinal's Last Chance Meet on Saturday. The meet is scheduled to start at 2 p.m.
 
Last Time Out: The Utica track & field team placed third overall out of 13 teams with 119.5 points on the final day of the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships hosted by RPI on Saturday … Keanu Heedram (Rochester, NY/Rush-Henrietta) took home NYSCTC Rookie of the Year honors after placing first in the shot put with a personal best throw of 15.68m and second in the discus (46.28m) … Tyler Wright (Little Falls, NY/West Canada Valley) placed second with a new school-record in the 3,000 steeple chase (9:26.34) and third in the 400 meter hurdles (56.01) … Nicodemus Gamibll placed first in the 100m dash (10.76) while Rob Tutein (Nanuet, NY/Nanuet) placed first in the high jump (2.03m) … Shane Ruffing (Rochester, NY/Westborough) took home second in the 110m hurdles (15.24) while Tyler Sutton (Deerfield, NY/Whitesboro) placed third in the 800m run with a time of 1:55.19.
 
Track Athletes Ranked In The ECAC: Nicodemus Gambill (Rochester, NY/East High) is third in the 100-meter dash (10.57) and 23^rd in the 200m dash (21.91) … Shane Ruffing (Rochester, NY/Westborough) is 12^th in the 110 meter hurdles (14.95) and 16^th in the 400m hurdles (54.51) while Tyler Wright (Little Falls, NY/West Canada Valley) is 11^th in the 3,000 steeple chase (9:26.34) and 39^th in the 400m hurdles (56.01) … Kevin Gangemi (Cornwall, NY/Cornwall Central High School) is 37^th in the 400m run with a time of 49.17 while Tyler Sutton (Deerfield, NY/Whitesboro) is 60^th in the 800m run with a time of 1:55.19.
