2016: Competed at ten meets for the Pioneers throughout the course of the indoor season … He ran one 200M race that he recorded a time of 23.74 at the Utica College Pioneer Invitational (2/20/16) … At the NYSCTC Indoor Track & Field Championships he ran his best 400M of the season with a time of 51.99 (2/26/16) … Also at the NYSCTC Indoor Track & Field Championships he was a part of the 4X4 team that ran a time of 3:26.34 that was good for a fourth place finish (2/26/16).
 
Over the course of the outdoor season he participated at six meets for the team … He ran the 800M race with a time of 2:04.64 at the Hamilton Mid-Week meet (4/19/16) … He put up his personal best 400M race at the Jerry Gravel Classic with a time of 51.69 (4/16/16) … The best 200M time that he ran during the spring was 24.15 at the Alvernia Crusader Invitational (4/2/16).

Personal: Smith is a 2014 graduate of Charles O. Dickson High School and the son of Roxanne and Joseph Smith ... He is currently pursuing a degree in History / Environmental Science.
