2016: Competed at ten different meets for the team over the course of the indoor season … Ran his best 60M Hurdles time of the season at the ECAC DIII Indoor Track & Field Championship with a mark of 8.46 (3/4/16) … At the Utica College Pioneer Invitational he reached a personal record in the 200M with a time of 23.57 (2/20/16) … He jumped a personal record distance in the triple jump with a mark of 14.12M at the Empire 8 Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/13/16) … With a distance of 6.18M he earned his best long jump of the season at the Continental Indoor Track & Field Invitational (1/23/16).
 
Participated at eight competitions throughout the spring for the outdoor season … Had five first place finishes at meets in the events he competed in … His best 400M Hurdles time of 54.51 came during the Empire 8 Track & Field Championships (4/23/16) … He also threw the javelin toss for the team earning his best mark at the Alvernia Crusader Invitational with at distance of 47.50M (4/2/16) … He ran his best 110M Hurdles time of 14.95 at the Empire 8 Track & Field Championships (4/23/16).
