2016: Competed at a total of four meets for the team during the indoor season … He ran his best 400M time of the season with a time of 52.75 at the Utica College Clark Invitational (1/16/16) … His best 4X4 of the season came at the Continental Indoor Track & Field Invitational with a time of 3:30.34 which was good for a first place finish at the meet (1/23/16).
 
Participated at five meets for the Pioneers during the course of the outdoor season … He ran his personal best 200M with a time of 23.35 at the Hamilton Mid-Week meet (4/19/16) … He also reached a personal record in the 400M race at the NYSCTC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 50.86 (5/6/16).

Personal: Proper is a 2015 graduate of Rome Free Academy and the son of Allison Valentine and Jason Proper ... He is currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity.
